Welcome to Neurobites!

We would like to welcome you all to our humble portal for everything neuroscience-y (we invent words too) related! We are two enthusiastic, giddy (about all things nerdy), procrastinating grad students. Our names are Rim and Harry, or Harry and Rim, depending on which one of us you are talking too. We hope to share with you our fascination with everything to do with the brain (WE LOVE BRAINS). We realize that science is not the most accessible of the disciplines; it tends to use big confusing sentences with unnecessarily complicated words. We are hoping to become your portal, your bridge, you lackeys, or whatever you fancy. Our aim is to translate the current, sometimes unattainable, literature into a more friendly, at times grammatically incorrect, blog posts.  So if you are curious about say, how sexual obsessions or compulsive eating or even sleep patterns manifest themselves in the brain, this is the place to be. We will cover everything and anything (its how we roll).  So, if you have any thing brain related you’d like us to cover, questions you’d like us to answer or articles you’ve seen in the news that you’d like us to dissect, contact us via the email link on the right side, or post a comment on any of our posts!
